Are you looking for the quickest way to add bulk to your body? There are lots of weight lifting techniques that can add bulk, but some of them are better than others. Below, you will find a tried and true method of bulking-up fast.

It’s easy to adopt bulking methods only to discover that you have gained a lot of fat in the process. In order to avoid adding fat, your bulk-up routine will have to be a calculated one. The first rule of bulking-up the right way is: avoid eating foods high in calories.

For some reason, many people assume that consuming a large pizza three times per day is the best way to bulk-up. Clearly, this just isn’t the case. While you should be eating a lot more in combination with working out, it is crucial that you select healthy foods.

Begin by eating six meals per day…filled with lots of protein. Skip the carbohydrates, and focus solely upon eating lots of helpful protein. Next, make sure to workout…but don’t work out too much. Try and keep your entire routine under one hour. Often, a hard short workout is the best way to go.

It is also important to use heavy weights. Lift as much weight as you can manage in order to gain bulk. Aside from your food intake and your workout routine, make sure to drink plenty of water. Far too many weight lifters don’t drink enough water, which results in dehydration.

There you have it – eat lots (not fatty foods!); add some extra protein; lift heavy weights; participate in intense workouts; and forget about those extra carbohydrates. Bulking-up is not all about eating as much bad food as you can handle. Instead, it’s about learning to build a disciplined body.
