The Bowflex series 7 treadmill is the latest in a series of high quality reliable treadmills from the Bowflex line. The series 7 is far superior to all the other treadmills in the series and has been voted the top consumer fitness product by leading consumer fitness magazines.
It is essentially an intense cardio workout system which has a powerful 3.0 Horsepower motor with up to 15 different workouts. The workout programs include fat burn, cardio, jogging, up the hill jogging and more. It also has a good range of options such as Body Mass Index calculator, Hear rate monitor, calorie goal, and distance goal and strength/recovery test.
Convenience
The Bowflex series 7 treadmill can be easily folded and stored in a compact manner. This saves you space and makes it easy to store your treadmill for example when you are expecting guests and don’t have enough space.
